Client Service Associate
Reshape Wealth is an innovative Wealth Management Firm that is pushing the boundaries of traditional wealth management. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist with client services, operational functions, account processing, and business development within the Private Wealth team.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key operational and service support partner for client onboarding, document processing, and scheduling
Execute Schwab account openings and transfers
Prioritize and organize workflow, as well as corroborate all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
Collaborate closely with financial advisors on client communications and follow-ups
Assist in the preparation of key documents, utilizing Microsoft Suite for client reports and reviews
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and track workflows
Process client requests (money market redemptions, wires, checks, journals, etc.)
Work with the business development team to assist with marketing initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) or Broker/Dealer experience (client service or operations)
Problem-solving skills along with process development
Experience onboarding with Schwab
Strong admin, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and manage multiple tasks
Tech-savvy and open to using Wealthbox, Orion, eMoney, and/or similar tools
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
