Responsibilities

Initiate, develop, and manage IT-related contracts from solicitation through closeout

Support procurement activities, including:

RFP development and administration

Pre-proposal and kick-off meetings

Contract amendments, renewals, and modifications

Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance

Track contract approvals, workflows, and documentation

Monitor contract funding, expenditures, and burn rates

Oversee vendor performance and contract scope adherence

Maintain accurate digital and physical contract records

Support ongoing procurement operations and reporting

Communicate contract processes, requirements, and status updates across teams

Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups

Perform additional related duties as required
