Responsibilities

The Workday AI Architect will lead the strategic design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystem

This role involves close collaboration with workday product team and stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhance business processes, and drive innovation through intelligent automation

Partner with Workday teams to explore and evaluate AI capabilities and integration opportunities

Identify use cases where AI can enhance Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Talent Management

Work with Customer IT director to finetune AI use case implementation

Work with Customer Business Directors to derive AI implementation use cases for respective area within Workday

Design and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI adoption within the Workday ecosystem

Align AI initiatives with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations

Qualification

Required

A recognized bachelor's degree qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related degree

4-6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm

Experience with Workday Illuminate

Experience leading at least 2 large, full life cycle Workday implementations

Experience in preparing AI implementation and adoption roadmaps for at least 2 global customers

Leading technical discussions with Customer

Presentation skills – Powerpoint and articulation

Project reporting

Fluent English Communication both verbal and written
