Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations
Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives
Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, and performance optimization
Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap
Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches for new development
Be open to hands-on coding and development work when required to ensure solution quality and feasibility
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on experience in Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security model
Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning
Experience with Mulesoft, AWS services, and other enterprise integration platforms
Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines
Proven track record in banking and financial services environments or other large-scale enterprise implementations
