M&A and Exit Planning Advisor
Exeo Advisors is transforming how mid-market business owners prepare for and maximize their exits through its ExitEngine platform. They are seeking high-caliber professionals as ExitEngineers to guide business owners in increasing enterprise value and navigating the exit process using their proprietary TEV Score system.
Responsibilities
Guide Business Owners: Assess business value and exit readiness using the TEV Score framework
Develop Exit Strategies: Provide actionable recommendations to improve valuation, scalability, and acquisition appeal
Manage TEV Roadmaps: Help clients execute the Exit Engine Playbook to increase their TEV Score
Close New Clients: Leverage Exit Engine’s lead flow and personal networks to onboard business owners into our advisory programs
Facilitate Transactions: Work alongside investment bankers and M&A professionals to help clients structure and negotiate exits
Earn Based on Performance: Your income grows as you help business owners achieve their exit goals
Qualification
Required
Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPAs)
Experience in M&A, exit planning, or business advisory (CEPA, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
A strong network of business owners or referral sources
The ability to sell advisory services and close mid-market clients
A strategic mindset for improving company value and saleability
A desire for high earnings with no income ceiling
