Responsibilities
Serves as Subsidy Support Clerical Associate
Receives and assigns subsidy packets to regional DCFS Subsidy Support staff for review and approval
Answers incoming phone calls and greets visitors
Establishes and maintains files
Keyboards travel vouchers from handwritten materials
Serves as backup timekeeper
Maintains updated Rules and Procedures Manuals
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Qualification
Required
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school
Requires 2 years of office experience
Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm
Requires ability to pass a background check
