Responsibilities
Follow Crew Leader instructions
Rig beams and slats for removal and installation
Cut concrete as necessary for proper fit
Clean load bearing surfaces
Remove old grout
Mix and place new grout in open channels
Follow biosecurity procedures
Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment
Participate in weekly safety meetings
Perform any additional duties as assigned by Crew Leader or other Altenburg Management
Qualification
Required
Ability to take direction from crew leader or other senior employees
Ability to lift up to 50lbs objects
Ability to work in face paced environment
Comfortable working inside livestock facilities
Occasionally work around livestock inside facilities
Willing to travel overnight
Preferred
Bilingual a plus, but not required
