Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
MDAEdge is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for complex and high-volume roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Handle complex roles including sales, technology, management, and other niche positions
Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to make strong hiring decisions
Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies, interviewing, and selection
Post jobs, manage requisition approvals, and ensure accurate job data
Track and manage candidate and requisition data in the ATS
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes
Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications for a positive experience
Provide reports, staffing updates, and ad-hoc recruitment metrics
Work with HR and business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations
Contribute to process improvement and talent acquisition projects
Model company values and professionalism in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum High School diploma/GED plus 7+ years of recruiting)
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services
Proven success recruiting for sales, technology, and senior-level roles
Strong project management and process improvement skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms (UltiPro/UKG a plus)
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
Must be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities with attention to detail
Results-oriented and client-focused
Flexible, open to change, and quick to learn
Strong compliance orientation and professionalism
Collaborative team player with leadership potential
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person
Preferred
Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
