This role focuses on API-first development and third-party SaaS integrations within a regulated financial services environment, driving innovation and efficiency for their Financial Advisor business users.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS using modern .NET frameworks
Design and implement RESTful APIs for third-party integrations and internal systems
Collaborate with architecture teams and vendors to deliver API-first solutions
Support integration of SaaS platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in modernization efforts, migrating legacy applications to modern tech stacks
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and driving best practices
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows and deliver solutions that improve agent productivity
Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise standards
Qualification
Required
.NET Development: 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core and modern frameworks)
AWS Cloud Services: 3–5+ years of experience designing and implementing AWS-native solutions
REST API Development: 6+ years building and consuming RESTful APIs
SQL / Database Skills: 5+ years with SQL Server or similar relational databases
Strong experience in .NET development and REST API design
Hands-on expertise with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
Proven ability to integrate third-party SaaS platforms
Excellent communication and ability to interact with business teams
Preferred
Experience with Python for data processing
Familiarity with Broadridge systems or regulated financial services
Exposure to legacy systems and modernization strategies
Prior lead level experience with initiative and accountability
