Responsibilities
Conduct initial site inspections, assess damages, and develop detailed scopes of work to restore structures to pre-loss condition
Present restoration solutions to customers, explain processes, obtain signed contracts, and collect initial deposits
Collaborate with the estimating department to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of all project estimates
Establish clear payment terms, including progress billing schedules and deductible collection
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project handoff and alignment on scope, budget, and client expectations
Maintain responsibility for all project financials, including setting up payment terms and managing outstanding receivables
Partner with Legal and Collections teams to ensure timely payment resolution
Monitor ongoing job progress to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Mentor new Project Directors, including conducting joint site visits, reviewing project performance, and providing constructive feedback
Support process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to Romexterra SOPs and IICRC standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or related service industries
At least 3 years of proven sales experience in a service-based environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of closing deals
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Solid knowledge of restoration practices in water, fire, and mold trades
Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate clearly with customers
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
Exceptional customer service mindset, with empathy and professionalism under pressure
High ethical standards and commitment to quality
Preferred
College coursework in business, construction management, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience as an estimator or project manager preferred
IICRC certification (any level)
Xactimate Level 1 or higher
Bilingual proficiency a plus
