Senior LevelFlipspaces Design Labs is a company focused on interior design and project management, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth project execution. The role involves managing project timelines, costs, and stakeholder communication while leading project teams and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project execution
Provide progress reports and updates to relevant stakeholders
Monitor project timelines and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
Facilitate clear communication with clients and manage internal stakeholder relationships
Identify the appropriate general contractors (GCs) for project execution from a pool of options
Define the scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating multiple quotations
Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments
Coordinate with the general contractor to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, hardware, and components required for project tasks
Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor and manage furniture and material deliveries from India Production to US project sites
Engage with vendors, address their concerns, and take necessary actions to resolve issues
Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for both management and client reporting
Provide guidance and instructions to workers on daily tasks
Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams to maintain strong client relationships
Lead weekly and daily scrums at project sites with clients and general contractors
Handle escalations in line with the established escalation matrix
