Responsibilities
Lead HVAC controls projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met
Perform or delegate project tasks such as hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and documentation completion
Provide direction and oversight to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff
Manage overall project financials, including cost control, billing accuracy, and collection oversight
Maintain strong customer communication throughout all project phases and actively pursue and manage change orders
Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations, while upholding the highest standards of safety and ethics
Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems
Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent customer communication and relationship‑building abilities
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
