Responsibilities

Building and managing your own contract desk within Data & AI
Developing new client relationships while expanding existing accounts
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through placement and extension
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, rates, and hiring strategy
Maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and repeat business
Collaborating with colleagues across New York and the wider U.S. business

Required

An experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with contract recruitment experience
Background in Data, AI, Engineering, Analytics, or an adjacent technical market
Proven billing track record and strong commercial awareness
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while staying highly engaged with a team
