The Regional Sales Manager - Vinyl Products is responsible for leading sales growth of GF Building Flow Solutions -Vinyl business in the West Region, focusing on direct sales, account management, and partnership cultivation.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of GF-BFS Vinyl products to wholesale distributors, contractors, and end users
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Identify new business opportunities, leads, and potential partnerships across CA, NV, and AZ
Cultivate and manage relationships with key wholesale partners, including training, support, and joint business planning
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals and brand positioning
Provide product knowledge and technical support
Travel regularly within the region to meet with clients, attend trade events, and support distributor activity
Maintain an active presence in the market through site visits, events, and relationship building
Report on sales activity, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts to leadership

Required

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years' related experience
Knowledge of major account selling, and the construction market is required
Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills
Ability to travel regionally up to 25% monthly

Preferred

Experience in wholesale distribution and an understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model is strongly preferred
