Responsibilities
Support client partnerships from start to finish, tracking deliverables, timelines, and communications
Coordinate campaign logistics, performance reporting, and deliverable follow-up
Conduct brand and creator research to support outreach and partnership pitching
Develop and refine decks, case studies, and media materials for brand and talent use
Pitch talent for press, gifting, and event opportunities
Contribute insights during internal strategy meetings on culture, talent positioning, and brand trends
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or graduate program and eligible for academic credit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Deep interest in talent representation, influencer marketing, and the creator economy
Finger on the pulse of digital culture and the entertainment landscape
Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Location: Remote or Los Angeles (preferred)
Hours: 25–30 hours per week | January–April | Option to extend through Summer (May–August)
