This role is responsible for managing core accounting workflows, ensuring accurate financial information flow, and supporting financial operations as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Work directly with the EVP of Finance to maintain accurate books across the platform, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support
Prepare and maintain location-level and consolidated financial reports
Ensure consistency and accuracy in general ledger coding, classifications, and supporting documentation
Assist with payroll processing across multiple collision repair locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Manage accounts payable, including invoice intake, coding, vendor setup, and payment scheduling
Support accounts receivable activities, including posting customer and insurance payments and monitoring aged balances
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Partner with shop managers and operations teams to resolve billing, vendor, and posting issues
Support the implementation and refinement of scalable accounting processes as new locations are acquired
Maintain organized digital records and documentation to support audits, integrations, and financial reviews
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and bank reconciliations
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite or similar) and Excel
Preferred
Experience in a multi-location environment is a plus but not required
