Student Video Production Assistant
The Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking a Student Video Production Assistant to help produce high-quality video content for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. This role involves video production and editing, content ideation, team collaboration, and marketing support for events.

Responsibilities
Produce and edit short- and long-form marketing and social media videos, including student and faculty profiles, research and study space features, recruitment pieces, strategic initiative videos, and other key message content
Develop and pitch ideas for social media and other video content during communications team meetings
Collaborate with other student assistants on the College’s communications team to support digital marketing projects
Assist with marketing tasks related to events
Perform other communication-related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects video editing software as stated in application materials
Experience with video technology, DSLR camera shooting, audio and lighting equipment as stated in application materials
Video production/editing skills as evidenced in application materials
Available to work in 2 (or more) consecutive hour increments 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday as stated in application materials
Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher as indicated in application materials
Preferred
Experience in photography and animation, as indicated in application materials
Previous office/clerical experience, as indicated in application materials
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop CS6 and PC Operating Systems, as indicated in application materials
