Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all irrigation work, including repairs, drip system upgrades, controller conversions, and drainage solutions
Make sure jobs are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to company standards
Coordinate irrigation work for large enhancement projects
Provide crews with clear plans and instructions so they’re ready to work
Lead, train, and support irrigation crew members to work safely and efficiently
Help with hiring and onboarding new team members
Ensure tools, trucks, and equipment are used properly and kept in good condition
Complete job paperwork and documentation needed for billing and project tracking
Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep everyone informed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial irrigation or landscaping (management experience preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong leadership skills and the ability to run crews in the field
Safety-focused and detail-oriented
Preferred
Licensed or Certified Irrigator is a plus
