Responsibilities
Own agentic matchmaking end to end, from retrieval and reasoning to tool use and safety
Build evaluation and experimentation frameworks to improve prompts, models, and policies
Design and optimize AI chat and context pipelines (RAG, memory, grounding) for quality and latency
Partner with product to turn user needs into observable, shipped agent behavior
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience building production AI systems or a strong portfolio of shipped LLM/agent projects
Strong TypeScript and Python experience across product and AI workflows
Comfortable working across multiple LLM providers with tool/function calling and fallbacks
Practical experience with RAG and context engineering trade-offs
