PGIM is a global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., and they are seeking motivated interns for their 2026 Real Estate, Loan Services Internship Program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects within the Real Estate Loan Servicing business, providing exposure to asset management, servicing, and investment operations.
Asset Management
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and maintain accurate loan and portfolio data across systems; support financial reporting and reconciliations
Interpret servicing agreements, loan documents, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proper execution of processes
Assist in preparing reports, statements, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders; provide timely and professional support to inquiries
Help facilitate disbursements, wire transfers, and journal entries; monitor triggers and account activity to ensure adherence to loan structures and investor requirements
Conduct research on market trends, collateral values, and borrower/tenant credit to support risk assessment and decision-making
Participate in special projects and initiatives, including process automation and efficiency improvements; contribute ideas for enhancing workflows
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support servicing, reporting, and asset management activities throughout the life of the loan
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.2

Preferred
Understanding of basic financial modeling and valuation terms, concepts, and methodologies
Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related majors preferred
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
Computer proficiency with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to create/build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
