PGIM is a global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., and is seeking motivated interns for their Summer Investment Analyst Program. Interns will work on impactful projects within the Equity business, rotating through Asset Management and Acquisitions teams, contributing to financial modeling and real estate asset management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support the asset management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including those in pre-development and development stages. Assist with communication and coordination among property managers, partners, and brokers

Help review property performance reports and assist in tracking key metrics. Contribute to the preparation of summary materials and respond to data requests from internal teams

Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities by supporting the analysis of acquisitions and developments across various risk profiles. Participate in due diligence activities alongside senior team members

Contribute to financial modeling efforts, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and rent roll reviews, under the guidance of experienced analysts and managers

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027

Minimum GPA of 3.2

Preferred

Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required

Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability

Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
