Tradeshow & Marketing Performance Lead
PHASE Scientific Americas is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Tradeshow & Marketing Performance Manager to lead event execution and optimize marketing ROI across the Americas. This role involves managing annual tradeshows and distributor meetings while tracking marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute 12–15 annual events including industry trade shows, distributor meetings, and regional conferences
Manage all logistics such as show registrations, booth selection, shipping, hotel blocks, and travel arrangements
Develop detailed event itineraries and staffing plans in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Marketing
Lead weekly status calls with internal stakeholders to review timelines, deliverables, and task ownership
Coordinate on-site resources, including booth setup, printed materials, promotional items, and lead capture tools
Oversee budget tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation for all events
Host post-mortem meetings within three weeks of each event to review execution, KPIs, and ROI findings
Develop and manage performance dashboards for all marketing activities (campaigns, tradeshows, and digital initiatives)
Track and report on lead generation, campaign engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Provide weekly performance summaries to leadership highlighting wins, opportunities, and actionable insights
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align data reporting with business goals and revenue attribution
Build frameworks to continuously improve data capture, analysis, and storytelling across marketing functions
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, booth presence, and customer engagement
Partner with creative and digital teams to ensure event collateral, social media coverage, and follow-up campaigns are cohesive
Manage internal communications around event participation, travel coordination, and booth assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in trade show management, event marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events
Demonstrated experience with event logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools (Excel, Semrush, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio)
Experience with lead capture, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Preferred
Experience managing national conferences or multi-site trade show programs
Familiarity with digital dashboards, ROI reporting frameworks, and performance analysis
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences markets
