Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Organize and file documents and paperwork systematically
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering supplies as necessary
Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
