Responsibilities
Preparing and facilitating the Louis Vuitton Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs
Supporting the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills, by way of observation and coaching
Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members
Qualification
Required
Passionate about Clients and people development
Exceptional experience influencing and training team members, ideally from a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business
Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change
Experience in preparing and facilitating training strategies, including in-store and regional inductions
Ability to support the region in driving customer delight through applied learning of selling skills
Experience in providing ongoing mentorship to store teams to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors
