Bilingual Community Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
Implement programs that foster a sense of community
Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results
Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
Bilingual in Spanish – written and verbal proficiency required
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs
