Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Account Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets
Drive new business development and expand market share in existing and new markets
Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to generate leads, build campaigns, and maximize client engagement
Learn, manage, and improve the sales and opportunities processes, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless handoff to project teams
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and prospects
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue
Demonstrated ability to sell into new markets and expand market share
Experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong understanding of CRM frameworks, sales operations, and pipeline management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
