Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and test procedures to optimize product build efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Design and refine products, recommending production methods and ensuring feasibility within procedural and budgetary constraints
Execute engineering activities for new and existing products, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with Marketing to define product specifications, timelines, and unique features
Communicate project status, resource needs, and technical considerations to internal stakeholders
Review product reports and provide recommendations for quality improvements
Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development engineering
Strong understanding of engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
