Responsibilities

Utilizing Banner and Xtender (electronic filing system)
Visually comparing paper documents to Xtender scanned documents to ensure that each paper record is readable and has been correctly scanned to the correct file/year
Notating in Banner that work was checked
Setting document shred dates in accordance with office procedures
Responsible for maintaining 'Shred Date System' rotating documents from 30 day wait periods shred
Assisting with outgoing mailings
Assisting with weekend Financial Aid office events

Required

Students must qualify and receive an award from the ECU Financial Aid Office
