Play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and resilience of core platform services
Focus on test automation, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in quality and engineering
Deliver high-quality, resilient platform services through strong testing and automation
Maintain visibility into production health with proactive monitoring and quick issue resolutions
Improve CI/CD and DevOps processes to increase team efficiency and release confidence
Contribute to scalable infrastructure and AWS migrations to support business growth
Guide and mentor other SETs, strengthening the team's overall expertise
Influence Trio planning and engineering decisions, ensuring quality remains a core priority
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test or a related role, with hands-on coding in test automation, backend, or infrastructure development
Strong understanding of automated testing, observability, and distributed systems to ensure scalable, reliable software
Experience within CI/CD, DevOps, and contract testing to improve software delivery and integration reliability
Drive quality early in development and integrate improvements throughout the software lifecycle, from idea to monitoring
Proactively identify gaps in test coverage, observability, and defect prevention, ensuring long-term system health
