Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor Oversee designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages
Drive Complex Design Tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications
Collaborate and Influence Work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery
Own the Details Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications
Be the Expert Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions

Required

Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 12 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems
Deep knowledge of electrical engineering design for semiconductor and mission critical manufacturing facilities
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Solid understanding of all phases of construction document production
Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc
Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team lead experience

Preferred

Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities highly preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior technical leadership experience
Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
