Responsibilities
Take messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, measurable bets
Own prioritisation, sprint planning, backlog, issue triage, and delivery
Run experiments properly: hypotheses, instrumentation, A/B tests, funnel work, iteration
Talk to users constantly, then ship based on what you learned
Build high-craft UX across core marketplace flows plus internal ops tooling
Be “team glue” without being a doormat: align stakeholders, make calls, move
Qualification
Required
3 to 6 years as a PM in a fast-paced environment where shipping mattered
Strong data fluency: you can instrument, analyse, and decide with evidence
Marketplace intuition: incentives, network effects, matching, liquidity problems
High craft bar and taste. You care about polish and end-to-end journeys
Founder mindset. High urgency, high ownership, low ego
Technical background helps (engineering degree or genuinely technical product work)
On-site in San Francisco (Jackson Square)
Hands-on IC PM. This is not a 'vision-only' role
You're comfortable being judged on outcomes, not narratives
