Responsibilities

Lead an analytics team and partner with supply chain leaders to define strategy, set objectives and key results, and prioritize data initiatives

Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, overseeing sprint planning, capacity management, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution

Build and deploy dashboards, predictive models, AI agents, and "what-if" analyses to drive business decisions, acting as the strategic link between technical teams and stakeholders

Ideate and implement process improvements to refine the operational model and enhance the efficiency of data solution delivery

Drive change management and self-serve adoption through the creation of comprehensive documentation, training, and educational webinars

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in program or project management

8 years of experience working with data analytics tools, and reporting platforms applied to supply chain and operations

5 years of experience in a people management role

Preferred

Experience developing data-driven insights and presenting recommendations in a supply chain management consulting setting

Experience conveying complex data insights through succinct visualizations (e.g., Looker)

Experience leading development of machine learning models or AI agents applied to practical supply chain situations

Ability to communicate with and influence leaders in a supply chain setting

Excellent organization, prioritization and execution skills
