The Clinical Learning Lab Technician will support and enhance the clinical learning lab experience for students, ensuring quality and continuity in achieving course student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
Prepare the clinical learning laboratory equipment in preparation for classes and open labs
Ensure that equipment is properly stored, cleaned, and in good working order
Notify the Clinical Learning Laboratory Coordinator if equipment needs to be repaired or replaced
Inventory laboratory supplies; stock supplies and ensure supplies are available to students, as needed
General copying and material distribution as required; case studies, forms, etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
Attention to detail and follow through
Position requires critical thinking, reading, planning, preparing, evaluating, and decision making
Physical demands in classroom and office are minimal and considered sedentary work with occasional lifting and/or carrying such articles as supplies, files, and books (50 pounds minimum)
