Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote recruiters and sourcing professionals focused on delivering top talent
Partner with business leaders and People + Culture partners to understand talent needs and design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for roles across assigned business units, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
Build strong talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for both high-volume and niche roles
Collaborate with the Early Careers team to support the execution of the SiriusXM Internship Program
Leveraging data and analytics, continually develop and present reports that monitor the outcomes, impact, and cost-effectiveness of our recruiting strategies, resources and effectiveness, detecting trends and sharing insights with business leaders, as well as TA and People + Culture leadership
Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Culture team to create and execute innovative events and campaigns that both extend positive employer brand sentiment and drive active applicant flow
Stay current with market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices
Provide direction and consultation to executives and senior-level management on strategic and emerging trends
Partner with TA Operations to improve processes, tools, and candidate experience
Develop positive partnerships across the company to both support your objectives and to help others succeed in meeting theirs
Play an active role in maturing SiriusXM’s overall recruiting vision, mission and long-term strategy as a member of the Recruiting Leadership Team
Contribute in a meaningful way to SiriusXM’s mission of diversity and inclusion

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years managing a recruiting team. Experience managing a sourcing function is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success leading remote, high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
Experience with strong client partnership, professionalism and a consultative approach required
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, MS Office suite (iCIMS and Workday experience a plus), sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics required
A passion for candidate experience, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Must have legal right to work in the U.S

Preferred

Experience supporting corporate functions such as Legal, Finance, as well as Intern programs and/or Call Center Operations preferred
