Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Provide product and service information to customers and address any concerns they may have
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for each caller
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database, maintaining detailed records
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
Proficient in using computer systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office Suite
