Responsibilities
Creating intuitive, meaningful, and human‑centered digital experiences
Designing seamlessly across web, native mobile, and automated experiences
Conducting, leading, or applying user research to make evidence-driven design decisions
Interpreting both qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover patterns and advocate for data‑driven design
Qualification
Required
9+ years of UX or closely related experience
Experience designing within agile product teams and delivering value through digital product iterations
Experience conducting, leading, or applying user research to make evidence-driven design decisions
A digital portfolio demonstrating your UX process, outcomes, and design thinking
Preferred
A degree in a relevant discipline such as Interaction Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors
