Responsibilities
Monthly calculations, billing distribution, backup file review, and payment reconciliation
Quarterly reviews of qualifying suppliers/distributors, payment processing, refunds, and contract tracking
Monthly collections process for direct supplier invoices
Serving as the WFM representative to internal and external partners, fielding supplier questions
Qualification
Required
1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with SQL or ETL
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Alteryx experience is a plus)
Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly
Strong communication and presentation abilities (one-on-one and group settings)
Acute attention to detail
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Professional decorum with business partners and suppliers
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Experience working with Tableau
Experience using very large datasets
Retail experience, preferably food industry
Alteryx knowledge
