Workday Technical Architect
Intellibee Inc is seeking a Workday Technical Architect to support the DHHS HR Director and agency users of the Workday HCM solution. The role involves developing change management skills, providing training insights, and improving agency processes related to recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities
Support agency users of the Workday HCM - Phase I solution, including Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Offboarding
Development and execution of change management skills development for HR and agency leaders
Providing insights to agency training plans
Expanding knowledge and understanding of agency business processes, policies and procedures related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding
Assess DHHS compliance requirements to identify and recommend more efficient agency processes where possible
Develop communications and presentations to effectively facilitate sessions to assist with broadening awareness and understanding of how to best utilize the new system
Gain insight from users as to the challenges encountered and work to provide solutions to improve their ability to support day-to-day operations
Assist with evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues, identification of process enhancements and/or procedures to support the newly implemented Workday business processes and assist with agency communication and deployment of these changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
Five plus years of Workday experience
Ten years of progress experience in HR processes and procedures particularly in the area of Talent Acquisition
Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and Workday digital solutions
Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
SaaS Platform Expertise: Demonstrated experience with WorkdayHCM
Technical Skills: Strong understanding the State's Workday solution, functionality utilized, business processes deployed, and training and change management tools and documentation available
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners, and executives
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
Facilitation and Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR leaders, HR business owners, the Workday Delivery Team and others
Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM Required 5 Years
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices Required 5 Years
Ten years of progress experience in HR processes and procedures particularly in the area of Talent Acquisition Required 10 Years
Comprehensive understanding of the state's organization management and culture, specifically organizational roles versus user roles and how organization Required 5 Years
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR leaders, HR business owners, the Workday Delivery Team and others Required 5 Years
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions Required 6 Years
Preferred
Public Sector Experience a plus (you could make this required)
Strong Organizational Knowledge (preferred, but not required)
