Sales Strategy & Operations Lead

Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI analyst to empower finance professionals with advanced AI capabilities. The Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will design and optimize sales processes, oversee sales data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize scalable sales processes across SDR, AE, and marketing teams to improve productivity and performance
Partner with Sales leadership to shape GTM strategy, forecasting, and sales structure
Manage Rules of Engagement, territories, account reviews, and Deal Desk operations
Regularly rebalance books of business to ensure fair routing and lead distribution
Oversee all sales data for accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across systems
Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, Default, Omni, etc.) and collaborate on new tool deployment and integration
Build scalable workflows and ensure RevOps infrastructure supports organizational growth
Maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for performance, pipeline health, and forecasts
Deliver actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership
Lead sales planning cycles and align data with executive and board-level goals

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations
Proven track record of building and scaling efficient sales processes
Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle and GTM operations
Proficiency with Salesforce and common Sales tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience with Salesforce administration and GTM data structures
Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills
