The Customer Account Manager will partner with Account Executives to execute customer account strategies and serve as the Voice of the Customer throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring strong relationships and effective project oversight.

Responsibilities

Develop Trusted Relationships: Act as a strategic advisor to customers, gaining insight into their business needs and leveraging that knowledge to expand Westinghouse's pipeline across our full portfolio

Support Account Strategy: Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies using customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends to influence marketing, strategic planning, and product development

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage business development activities, including contract creation, pricing, negotiations, order entry, and communication with marketing and product teams

Project Oversight: Monitor project execution from start to finish to ensure safe, high-quality delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. Escalate issues as needed to leadership

CRM Leadership: Drive adoption and effective use of CRM tools to manage pipeline and track actions toward target objectives

Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving customer issues and commercial disputes in partnership with Account Executives and business leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of progressive experience in operations, sales, or business roles

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, or business
