Responsibilities

Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision across all channels (digital, social, email, retail, packaging, and more)

Drive the creative development of campaigns, photoshoots, and content creation across channels (social, paid, DTC, trade, email, OOH)

Establish and optimize creative processes, workflows, and production procedures to support scalability and efficiency

Lead ideation and execution of 360 campaigns for product launches and key brand moments

Build, lead, and inspire high-performing creative across design, photo, video, copy, and production teams

Partner with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, and Leadership to ensure cohesive, trend-forward storytelling

Provide and shape the creative direction across all assets and campaign creative while maintaining and elevating our brand standards

Oversee the department via creative resourcing, budget management, timelines, and creating scalable workflows

Partner with leadership to shape creative culture, define standards, and identify opportunities for team growth

Build and sustain a collaborative environment where creativity and accountability thrive side by side
