Responsibilities

Assisting the store manager in administering and managing day to day operations as it pertains to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and the overall security of the business assets

Working alongside the Retail Store Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service while driving sales

Generating sales and assisting with the overall day to day management of store operations

Required

High school diploma

Retail experience required

Time management and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Must be at least 18 years or older

Background check is required

Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs

Standing: Be able to stand 8 hours without sitting

Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work

Availability: Be available for all hours of operation and be reachable on all non-operational hours

Average Mental Requirements: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various instructions

Basic math skills and the ability to interpret graphs is necessary

Reading comprehension skills and ability to prepare written communication with proper grammatical skills is also required
