Responsibilities
Drive Growth Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that fuel team and company growth
Merchant Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and secure key merchant partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Market & Client Research: Conduct thorough research to build long-term, strategic relationships with target partners
Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and management of merchant campaigns from ideation to successful execution
Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and new business ventures
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with various teams to craft and implement go-to-market strategies that drive company success
Qualification
Required
5 years in account management, with a preference for eCommerce experience in marketplaces, fashion, or travel
Track record in sales, business development, and account management
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns that drive business growth
Expertise in account growth and continuously seeking opportunities to develop and strengthen client relationships
Ability to think creatively and logically when conceptualizing ideas for merchant acquisition and management
Driven to excel, consistently delivering results
Comfortable negotiating with top decision-makers and managing C-level relationships
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
