Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding sessions both in person and virtually, including pre-class workshops, Sales Bootcamp, and post-class reinforcement
Lead engaging, interactive training sessions for new sellers across experience levels
Partner with sales leaders to ensure onboarding content aligns with go-to-market priorities
Evaluate onboarding cohorts, track performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements
Contribute to onboarding materials, including presentation decks, learning modules, and enablement resources
Clearly communicate complex concepts in a way that earns trust and credibility with sales audiences
Present confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Required

5–7 years of professional experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field
Prior sales experience strongly preferred, including direct exposure to quota-carrying roles
Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with sales professionals and leaders
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to 'run the room.'
Experience delivering training or enablement programs in both in-person and virtual environments
Passion for developing others and helping teams grow
Experience in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments
Must be based in the Boston area
Required to be in the office 2 days per week, and 5 days per week during onboarding class weeks (some flexibility)
