Responsibilities
Assisting the store manager in administering and managing day to day operations as it pertains to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and the overall security of the business assets
Actively works alongside the Retail Store Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service while driving sales
Competent in generating sales and assisting with the overall day to day management of store operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with some additional college or a degree preferred
A minimum 1 years' experience in a supervisory position or related retail sales position is optimal
Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs
Standing: Be able to stand 8 hours without sitting
Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
Availability: Be available for all hours of operation and be reachable on all non-operational hours
Average Mental Requirements: One must have the ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various instructions
Basic math skills and the ability to interpret graphs is necessary
Reading comprehension skills and ability to prepare written communication with proper grammatical skills is also required
Must be able to communicate effectively
