Responsibilities
Map out complex, manual workflows currently handled by tax professionals and translate them into automated product features. Your goal is to reduce "human-in-the-loop" dependency
Define and execute a roadmap that balances immediate regulatory deadlines with long-term architectural scalability
Act as the "bridge" between our internal tax experts and our engineering squads. You will translate "tax-speak" into technical specs, logic trees, and data models
Ensure the underlying data architecture is robust enough to support "audit-ready" outputs. You will define the validation rules that prevent errors before they happen
Work with design to create intuitive interfaces for complex financial actions, making the high-stakes world of tax feel simple and controlled for our users
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Product Management: Specifically building complex, logic-driven products
The 'Simplifier' Mindset: A proven track record of taking an opaque, manual process and turning it into a streamlined, high-adoption software product
Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing data schemas, API integrations, and calculation engines with engineers
Analytical Rigor: You are 'numbers-oriented.' You enjoy digging into spreadsheets to understand the math before you ask an engineer to code it
Exceptional Communication: The ability to move between a high-level strategic vision and the 'nitty-gritty' details required for a successful technical launch
Intellectual Curiosity: You have a 'builder' mentality and a hunger to master a new, complex domain quickly
Resilience: You thrive in high-stakes environments where accuracy is paramount and deadlines are fixed
