Responsibilities
Drive new business through residential, commercial, and HOA channels
Conduct onsite inspections and deliver professional proposals
Develop B2B relationships with property managers, builders, commercial facilities, and community boards
Prospect daily (cold and warm) to maintain a strong pipeline
Close recurring service agreements and manage long-term accounts
Follow a documented sales process and maintain CRM accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of outside sales success
High closing ratio with professional communication and presence
Strong time management and territory planning skills
Comfortable selling to homeowners, businesses, and HOA boards
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Self-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision
