Mid LevelUniversity of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a Development Officer (Partnerships) to join their Development & Alumni Relations team. The role involves providing administrative and operational support for donor stewardship and gift administration, as well as managing a small portfolio of prospects and donors to engage them with partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
Deliver essential administrative and operational support across the Partnership team’s activities, with a particular focus on donor stewardship and gift administration
Manage a small portfolio of prospects and donors
Proactively reach out to brands and organisations to engage them with partnership opportunities at UAL
Qualification
Required
Experience in partnerships administration and stewardship
Experience of managing a portfolio of partners
Experience soliciting gifts from corporate organisations
Competent in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Willingness to learn new systems and software
Proven track record of accurately entering and maintaining large volumes of data
Preferred
Experience using donor management databases such as Raiser's Edge
