Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate all activities for assigned HVAC projects
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting
Review engineering and construction drawings for HVAC accuracy and constructability
Supervise subcontractors, project coordinators, and field leadership to ensure quality and efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and pay applications
Partner with operations leadership to plan labor, equipment, and material resources
Track project costs, productivity, and margin performance
Monitor jobsite safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards
Identify and resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining project momentum
Represent Advanced Heating & Cooling in project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on commercial and/or industrial HVAC projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and construction methods
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid Driver's License with clean MVR; ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
OSHA 30 preferred
PMP certification a plus
