Provide Level 2 / Level 3 functional support for Workday Benefits modules
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
Perform Core Recruiting configuration changes based on business requirements
Support minor enhancements and change requests
Stakeholder Collaboration, Testing & Documentation, Compliance & Data Quality

Required
